REQUIREMENTS:

​

• 2025 Graduating senior from one of the five Preble County, Ohio high schools (Eaton, Preble Shawnee, National Trail, Tri-County North or Twin-Valley South)

• Attending college in the fall of 2025

• Varsity lettered in soccer and was on the high school varsity soccer team their senior year
